Before using the services of the BUYGOGO Platform (hereinafter referred to as "we"), please be sure to carefully read and fully understand the contents of this statement, in particular the contents related to the limitation or exemption of the liability of the Platform and the clear rules of use for users. If, in the course of reading this Statement, you do not agree with this Statement or any of its contents, you should immediately stop using the BUYGOGO Platform services.If you continue to use the BUYGOGO Platform Services, you are deemed to have fully read and agreed to the entire contents of this statement.

一、Attribution of rights

Unless otherwise stated by BUYGOGO (referring to the BUYGOGO website and client, the same below), all rights to all products, technologies, software, programs, data and other information (including text, icons, images, photos, audio, video, charts, color combinations, layout, etc.) within the BUYGOGO platform are owned by BUYGOGO(including copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets and other related rights) are owned by the BUYGOGO Service Provider and/or its affiliates. Without the permission of the BUYGOGO Service Provider and/or its affiliates, no one is allowed to use any content of the BUYGOGO Platform without authorization, including, but not limited to, monitoring, copying, disseminating, displaying, mirroring, uploading, downloading, etc., through robots, spiders, and other programs or devices.

BUYGOGO words and/or logos such as "BUYGOGO", "百购购", "Buygogo", "buygogo", and other logos, emblems, product and service names of BUYGOGO are trademarks of BUYGOGO Service Provider and/or its affiliates in China and other countries, and for any use of them for promotional purposes or for displaying any of them you must obtain the prior written authorization of the BUYGOGO Service Provider and/or its affiliates.

Words and/or logos, emblems, product and service names not claimed by other BUYGOGO Service Providers and/or their affiliates may be the trademarks of their respective owners, and you should not be construed as having the right to use the foregoing trademarks displayed on BUYGOGO without the consent of the respective owners.

二、Limitation of liability

BUYGOGO platform stores, product information (including store name, company name, contact person and contact information, product description and instructions, related pictures, videos, etc.) provided and uploaded by the merchants themselves, and by the merchants to provide and uploaded by the information to bear the corresponding legal responsibility, BUYGOGO platform does not assume any responsibility. If the BUYGOGO service provider agrees otherwise, it will make it clear to you in the relevant agreement or other legal text.

You are required to use complete, legal and effective intellectual property rights in the design and customization of the products. Whether or not you use the images and texts on the platform, you should bear the possible risks on your own, and the BUYGOGO platform will not bear any responsibility for the images and texts you use and the consequences caused by the use of the images and texts.

You shall be solely responsible for all of your actions on the Platform. Unless otherwise stated on the BUYGOGO Platform, in no event shall the BUYGOGO Platform make any warranty with respect to your use of the services and information on the Platform, and shall not be liable for direct, indirect, occasional, special, punitive damages, or any other damages whatsoever, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the BUYGOGO Platform.

The works reproduced on the BUYGOGO platform (including news, articles, announcements or forum content, etc.) are for the purpose of transmitting more information and do not imply that we agree with their views or have confirmed the authenticity of their content.

The BUYGOGO Platform is not responsible for any connection between you and the BUYGOGO Platform servers that is blocked and inaccessible for reasons other than those of BUYGOGO.

三、Intellectual property protection

The BUYGOGO platform has always adhered to the principle of respecting and protecting intellectual property rights, and strongly opposes and combats the infringement of intellectual property rights.We promise to do our best to manage the content of the platform, including but not limited to the review of user information, the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of individuals, the review of illegal content, the supervision of intellectual property rights, etc., and will use various technical means to avoid, to the greatest extent possible, infringement of the rights and interests of the platform users or third parties.

However, you should know that, subject to the current technical conditions and other uncontrollable reasons, BUYGOGO platform is still unable to guarantee that the rights and interests of platform users or third parties will not be infringed upon at all, and that, if such problems unfortunately arise, BUYGOGO platform will promptly respond to and cooperate with the rights holders in defending their rights and interests.

Intellectual property rights holders who believe that the content of the BUYGOGO platform (including but not limited to pictures and product information released by users of the BUYGOGO platform) infringes on your legitimate rights and interests may contact us in the first instance and provide us with preliminary evidence of infringement.We will deal with your eligible notifications and preliminary evidence in a timely manner after receiving them in accordance with the corresponding laws and regulations and the rules of the BUYGOGO Platform.

This Legal Notice shall be effective as of July 28, 2023, and the original Legal Notice shall automatically expire as of the effective date of this Notice. The final interpretation of this Legal Notice belongs to BUYGOGO Platform.
