1. Scope of application of Terms of Service

THE OWNERSHIP AND OPERATION RIGHTS OF THE RELEVANT REGISTERED USER SERVICES BELONG TO "YITAI INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED” (“we”) owns, and the services provided must be implemented in accordance with the service articles of association, terms, and operating specifications issued by it. At the same TIME, it ALSO means that the relevant users HAVE REACHED AN AGREEMENT with Buygogo and accept all its terms of service.

2. Information collection and use

When you use Buygogo's services, the personal information we may need to collect and use includes the following two types：

1. In order to realize the basic functions of providing you with our services, you must authorize us to collect and use the necessary information.If you refuse to provide the corresponding information, you will not be able to register, log in or use our services normally.；

2. In order to realize the additional functions of providing you with our services, you can choose to agree or disagree with the information we collect and use separately.If you refuse to provide it, you will not be able to use the relevant additional functions normally or achieve the functional effects we intend to achieve, and it will not affect your use of our basic functions.

We protect your right to know and choice during installation or use in accordance with the law. In the process of using the Buygogo service, services that involve the functions of your device will obtain your consent in advance. 5. You may not use your registered account or Buygogo service to produce, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate content that interferes with the normal operation of Buygogo and infringes the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.

6. You may not copy, copy, sell, resell or use any part of the Buygogo service or the content used or obtained by the Buygogo service for any other commercial purpose.

7. You are solely responsible for the authenticity, legality, accuracy, and validity of the information transmitted using your Buygogo account or the Buygogo service. You shall bear any legal responsibilities related to the information you disseminate, and it has nothing to do with Buygogo. If damage is caused to Buygogo or any third party as a result, you shall compensate in accordance with the law, and Buygogo will also reserve the right to pursue the legal responsibilities of relevant users and users.

8. You shall be responsible for the results of all actions under your account (including but not limited to signing various agreements online, publishing information, purchasing goods and services, and disclosing information, etc.).

5. Storage of information

"Buygogo" does not impose an upper limit on the amount of information transmitted. We have taken reasonable and feasible security measures that meet industry standards to protect your information and prevent personal information from being accessed, publicly disclosed, used, modified, damaged or lost without Buygogo's authorization. In addition, please properly protect your personal information and only provide it to others if necessary. Do not trust transactions through other trading tools to avoid information being stolen or even experiencing online fraud.

6. Exemption from liability

1. The product information provided by Buygogo will restore the real situation as much as possible, but because the product will be affected by various factors such as the surrounding environment, shooting angle, and equipment differences during the shooting process, we cannot guarantee that it will be exactly the same as the actual product sample.

2. Buygogo purchases the designated goods according to your designated platform. If the platform you specify shows that the goods are out of stock, the price changes, the delivery is not timely, the actual product samples are inconsistent with the product information on the website, and the goods are abnormal or other irresistible factors, resulting in the inability to complete the purchase normally, we will communicate and coordinate with you in a timely manner, resulting in your related losses, “Buygogo” will not be liable.

3. If the goods purchased by Buygogo for you involve after-sales (such as small pieces of goods, damage, defects, etc.), it will be handled for you in time.

4. Buygogo shall not be liable for the losses and consequences caused by your active disclosure of your Buygogo account or your attacks, fraud, etc. by others. You shall recover from the infringer through judicial remedies and other channels.

7. Prohibited acts

You cannot use the Buygogo service to engage in the following activities：

(1) Violate any laws, regulations, decrees or regulations.

(2) Related to transactions involving the following items：

(b) Drug paraphernalia；

(d) Unlicensed cannabis or other psychologically active plants；

(e) Nutrition, vitamins, supplements, herbal medicines, subscription-based natural health products；

(f) Items that instigate, promote, or facilitate the guidance of others to participate in illegal activities；

(g) Stolen items, including digital and virtual items；

(h) Items that incite hatred, violence, racial or other forms of prejudice or use criminal activities for profit；

(i) Items deemed obscene；

(j) Items that infringe or violate any copyright, trademark rights, publicity rights or privacy rights or any other proprietary rights stipulated by the laws of any jurisdiction；

(k) Certain pornography or services；

(l) Ammunition, weapons or certain weapon parts or accessories, or

(m) Certain weapons or knives regulated by applicable law.

(3) Related to the following transactions：

(a) Violated applicable laws when displaying the personal information of a third party；

(b) Support pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, matrix scams, other "Get rich quick” schemes or certain multi-level offline MLM schemes；

(c) Transactions related to the purchase of annuities or lottery contracts, prepaid deposit purchase systems, overseas banking operations, or debt financing or refinancing transactions funded by credit cards；

(d) Selling certain items before the seller controls or owns the items；

(e) The payment processor collects money on behalf of the merchant；

(f) Related to the sale of traveler's cheques or money orders；

(g) Involving currency exchange or cheque cashing business；

(h) involves certain credit repair or debt settlement services, credit card transactions or insurance activities, or

(i) Involves the provision or receipt of money related to bribery or corruption.

(4) It involves the sale of products or services that are determined by government agencies to be likely to be suspected of fraud.

You must bear legal responsibility for your actions in the process of using the Buygogo service.The forms in which you bear legal responsibility include, but are not limited to: compensation to the aggrieved person, and after Buygogo first assumes the legal responsibility for administrative penalties or tort damages caused by its user behavior, you shall give Buygogo the same amount of compensation, as well as other losses suffered by Buygogo as a result.

8. Liability for compensation

1. If your actions cause Buygogo and/or its related parties to suffer losses (including their own direct economic losses, loss of goodwill and indirect economic losses such as compensation paid externally, settlement payments, lawyer's fees, preservation insurance premiums, litigation fees, etc.), you shall compensate Buygogo and/or its related parties for all of the above losses.

2. If your behavior causes Buygogo and/or its related parties to be claimed by a third party (including but not limited to Taobao, 1688 and other platform sellers), Buygogo and/or its related parties may recover all losses from you after assuming obligations such as monetary payment to the third party.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

1. These service agreements and any separate agreements we provide to you shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Chinese law.

2. Disputes arising from your use of the Buygogo service and related to the Buygogo service shall be resolved through negotiation between Buygogo and you.When the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in a court with jurisdiction in the place where the agreement was signed.
